Getting started takes three steps.

  1. Message us or book a demo

    Fifteen minutes. Bring one of your own prescriptions and we'll show you what your patient would receive.

  2. We set up your clinic with you

    Doctors, timings, letterhead and your existing patient list. We plan for about half a day, done together.

  3. Start with a few patients

    Keep paper running alongside for the first couple of weeks. Switch fully when your receptionist is comfortable.

Questions doctors ask first.

Do I have to type prescriptions?

No. Write on paper as you do today. Reception photographs it, DhiDoc cleans it up, adds your letterhead and sends the PDF to the patient on WhatsApp.

Where is my patients' data stored?

On servers in Mumbai, India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each clinic's records are kept separate from every other clinic's. We built the consent and data-access features around India's DPDP Act. Read our DPDP guide for clinics.

What if I want to stop using it?

It's month-to-month. You can export all your patient data as a spreadsheet whenever you like, and it stays yours.

What about patients who don't use WhatsApp?

Your receptionist can still book them in, and you can hand them the prescription on paper as you do today. WhatsApp is the faster route, not the only one.

How long does set-up take?

We plan for about half a day together: clinic details, doctors, letterhead and importing your existing patient list from Excel or paper registers.

Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?

Messages for booking, reminders and prescriptions are included in your plan.
